Join our exciting Throwball Training program designed for women of all ages and skill levels – whether you're completely new to the game or looking to sharpen your skills.
Our sessions are thoughtfully designed to help participants develop strong fundamentals such as serving, receiving, throwing, and defensive skills. We place a strong emphasis on teamwork and communication, encouraging players to support and motivate each other both on and off the court. Each session also includes fitness and conditioning drills to improve agility, reflexes, strength, and endurance – all essential for dynamic throwball play. In addition, players will gain an understanding of game strategy, court positions, rotations, and match-play tactics — all delivered in a fun, inclusive, and encouraging environment where everyone feels confident and inspired to grow.
